About the Assessment
The Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) is the most widely used clinical tool to assess the nature and severity of sleep difficulties. It was developed as a self-report screening tool to help individuals and specialists at Hudoa Center determine insomnia levels over the past two weeks, measuring satisfaction with sleep patterns and its impact on mood and productivity.

Difficulties related to falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early.
The extent of satisfaction with current sleep patterns and its impact on quality of life.
The degree to which sleep problems interfere with daily and functional performance.
The level of distress caused by sleep issues and how noticeable they are to others.
